    Refund Policy

     

    We delve deeper into each project and ensure the expected results by dividing work into milestones.

    • All the projects are kicked off with a detailed analysis and nurturing a scope of work note. This practice is intended to keep both the parties in harmonization and so that both remain on the same page, and this also avoid any kind of dispute and is a translucent way of coordinating, and thus results into nullifying the peril to remove the potential for project cancellation or reversals.
    • As there are human resources and time used to get things done on any project, and do with every module, a refund doesn’t seem a feasible option for the task already finished.
    • In the case, of a project finished on a mutual basis, the client will be charged for all completed work and any payment for further development will get invalidated. Do remember, no preceding payment or deposit shall be refunded.
    • Once the client sanctions mock-up designs, then the payment done by the client would become non-refundable, and we unswervingly move to the development phase of the project.
    • Clients should not be under the note that they can get partial refunds for projects while the project is still through the primary phase.
    • After delivering the files to the client-server, no dispute or refund will be acceptable. 
    • The cost of services that our marketing team has delivered on special cases is irreversible and these are time –based and cannot be annulled.
    • In the case of any inactive projects for over 30 days, we do not provide refunds on deposits for such dormant projects.
